We couldn’t help keeping the brut rosé party going! While this one isn’t from Champagne, it holds a special place on our tables from our dear friend Cat Miles with the Sorting Table, a wine importer specializing in family-owned, farmer first wineries across the globe.
Like most ideas, they are borne out of solving a problem. Master Sommelier and acclaimed beverage director,
June Rodil, sought to offer an accessible (and affordable) sparkling rosé to pour by the glass in her restaurants. Welcome, June’s Rosé! June and Cat partnered with acclaimed Austrian winemaker, Markus Huber, to craft a certified organic and estate-grown blend of Pinot Noir
& Zweigelt. It has quickly grown into one of our favorite wines, a long-time fixture on Bistro Bella Vita’s
by the glass program.

and decorated hospitality professionals. Named
Food and Wine’s Sommelier of the Year, Wine Enthusiast’s Sommelier of the Year, won TEXSOM’s Best Sommelier competition, and was recently nominated as a finalist
for Outstanding Professional in Beverage Service through the James Beard Award foundation. You’re in good hands with this bottle (and it’s named after one of hospitality’s shining stars!).
